A little help please

I just purchased a sony vaio vgn-ar31s yesterday, but I cant access any of the Vaio things on it, like when I click on the user guides on screen, or click My vaio club, a small brown box appears and says my club Vaio can only be installed by user.
I have downloaded all the updates, gone through the documents that came with it, but still cant find anything to help.

Hi Ruud,

Click on NEWS at the top of this screen. Scroll down to 'My Club Vaio Patch' and click on 'Link'. Install the Patch.
