Are Sony Honest ?

Bad experiences with SONY.

These people have had my computer back 4 times for repair and WILL NOT RETURN IT TO ME. They have offered a partial refund of £450 BUT WILL NOT PAY IT - even though I have their offer in writing.

Has anyone else had such bad experiences with them? I really find it hard to believe that such a big Company can operate in such a dishonest way.
