Arranging for a VAIO to be repaired

Is there anyway of arranging collection (or can it be personally dropped off?) of a VAIO that's outside of its warranty for repair? I don't particularly want to call the premium rate number advertised on VAIO's website.

If however you have problems trying to contact Vaio Support on the premium rate number, let us know and we'll see if we can arrange for someone to contact you..
