I have an e.reader. I have authorized the reader library on my computor and have downloaded the free e.books OK.

The problem is, they will not transfer to the e.reader.

It could be that the e.reader is not authorized for Adobe DRM protected content but I cannot find how to do this.

Do you get this message when you try to transfer books from the computer to the eReader?

"authorizationFailed"

If so you have probably introduced an incorrect Adobe ID and/or password. Please check your Adobe ID and/or password and try again.
