i make a order (order number 1003310) and Name (Agapaloglou Kiriakos) for Windows 7 UpGrade dvd
The Order Date is 23/10/2009
To Day 3/12/2009 has Not recieve Nothing...
i Want to informe for that... ... See More
and if is Possible i Want delivery Number.. Track Number or Shiping number..
i Waiting Answer Soon

After That Has Not Have Nothing ! only one Status "shipped" But the time to make the Order Has Sure !!! to Have in 3 Weeks... Thats is the AWARD SONY ...

I can totally understand your frustration but unfortunately posting a daily update is not going to help speed things up, also as Club VAIO is a user forum so Sony will not see your posts anyway..

I know Rich has escalated your problem & I'm sure if he has any news he'll let you know.
