Hi, I am having problems backing up my files using the built in backup on my laptop VGN-NW20EF & Windows7.
I was happily backing up to DVD's but now I get a message telling me I don't have enough space. I have bought an external hard drive as the message recommends but this won't work either.
Can anyone help me please?
