Battery Problem

Hi,
I have accedently droped my vaio and now I am getting the system message that "either the battery is incompatible or it is not properly instaled, click ok to hiberdinate and reinsert the battery properly".
I have repeated the task many times but I am still getting the problem, the battery is getting the charge normally but the message remains on top it cann't be escaped as well, with Alt F4 it close the message but it is again there in couple of seconds.
Is it a hardware problem? now i am on ac adaptor. 😞

Hi Hassan and welcome.

It sounds like you have damaged either the battery circuitry or the Vaio's internal Power Board.

Can you borrow a battery from a friend or from a Vaio shop to see if a new battery fixes the problem. If not a repairer may need to look at the internal connections from the motherboard to the battery.
