best blutooth adapter for my vgn-ar51e............Could anyone advise me which dongle works with my machine.My o.s is vista and 32 bit

I have tryed the Belkin but just could not load the software even tryed their on line support.

What model Bluetooth USB Adapter are you using.?

It would appear that only the Belkin Bluetooth USB Adapter F8T012 & F8T013 have Vista drivers..

If you have one of those model you can download the Vista updated drivers from the Belkin site. Use the following link: Belkin F8T012/F8T013 Driver
