Biometric sensor problem

Hi! I own a Vaio VGN-CR29XN/B and after 3 months the biometric sensor stoped and doesn't do nothing. I tried to download and install the latest versions of software and bios but it's equal... when i try to introduce new records to protector suite it seems that i passed my finguer but i didn´t. It gives me errors like "to fast"!
Any ideas?

Problem Solved! My Vaio went to the support center and the biometric sensor was replaced. Thank you.
