Anybody know if wiping the machine and running the recovery process will restore my PCG-GR214MP back to the 1GHz speed it's supposed to be instead of 733MHz?
Thanks to search I've found it's not possible to actually get into the bios to change it - really useful (?).
Or shall I just wipe it and sell it so I can buy a computer from someone that actually lets me do what I want with my own property.
(Funny this comes from the same company that goes round infecting every other make of computer if you buy the wrong CD :P)
