Every time I boot my netbook I get the message 'Bluetooth software license not found'

Were there any changes made here before you got this error message? By default, it shuld be activated already.

Only thing I could think of here are some registry cleaners that might have corrupted the system registry regarding the bluetooth.

Have you tried reinstalling the BlueTooth drivers from the Support site?
