I changed the disk hard of my Vaio S1 of 40GB with 80GB and impossible to install the recovry Sony disc (Ca starts well). I have thus to install a version XP Pro SP2. But impossible to configure the module Bluetooth interns. 1 problem: impossible dinstaller the VCOMM drivers and when I light Bluetooth approximately 6 devices unknown appears in the managers of peripherals....????? Whereas Bluespaces is installed. Moreover Bluespaces detecte not the module because of nonthe installation of the VCOMM. That to make...???Si you have information, thank you in advance. WinXP SP2 has its own Bluetooth driver.
I did exactly the same with my S1 (Clean installation with XP Pro SP2).
Afterwards I installed all Sony driver and utilities, available on the Sony Web Site in 2 files named Original Drivers Package and Original Utilities Package.
With Sony's Wireless Switch Utilities I activated Bluetooth and all worded fine.
