Booting Vaio from USB Memory Stick

anyone here who managed to boot his Vaio from USB Stick?
Experiences, Comments, Recommendations?

The only esy way to boot from a USB flash stick is if your BIOS has the opion to 'Boot from USB device'. If you have that option, enable it and good luck. If not, I dont think you can.
