I have a year old Sony Viao notebook wondered if anyone knew which LCD Screen I require for VPCF12S1E
Model : PCG-81112M
I bought this at John Lewis in London and it worked brilliantly till one day a crack appeared in the middle of the screen. now the screen has no display showing and i am working with a secondary monitor.
Please let me know how shall I go about it. I m very technical and can replace it myself but I dont know which model of screen and where to get it from.
Does Sony provide a replacement if so what will be the cost?
I also have service tag and serial number if required
