trying to use capture camera utility 2.1 on my ar 131s. it says another programme is using it when nothing is running, so cant take stills or video, also sing msn i have problem using video sometimes it works sometimes does not, sound never works, al proper devices selected, losing faith in visat and sont, want my old vgn a197xp back no issues ther

This is a known Vista problem and is being investigated by Sony.
