Camera Utility on FE11S

Hello

I recently installed xp pro on my FE11S, because I don't like pre-installed operating systems with a lot of crap and trial versions. (btw, my notebook works way faster now!)

One problem

When I want to use the motion eye, normally I should have the camera utility opened (installed by the Utils directory)

It doesn't work...

Anyone a guess?

Go to VAIO-Link.com and download the utils package

So the Utils directory delivered with my portable isn't the right one? Strange... tonight I'm gonna test the one you mentioned on vaio link... I'll keep you informed (but I'm afraid it'll give the same problem)

No it's not that, the one on VAIO-Link might be more up to date

it's still the same problem... does anyone with xp pro has the same problem?
with the media center recovery disks it works... but as I said, I don't like preinstalled software 😞
