Can you change the graphics card in a Vaio VGN-NS11J?

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to change the graphics card to upgrade my video ram on a Vaio VGN-NS11J laptop? I want to use my laptop for gaming.

Sadly, this is not possible as the graphics are on a chip soldered into the motherboard and not a card as would be the case with a desktop computer.
