Hi,
I was restoring my entire computer system. I'd inserted recovery disc 1 and then disc 2 but before the process finished an error box appeared with an 'ok' button. I pressed ok as there was no other option and the screen returned to the Vaio Recovery Center. I restarted my computer and tried to perform the recovery again but when it asked me to select an operating system the Windows Vista option had disappeared and now I have no idea how to reinstall it.
I've done some general internet searches but it mentions you need a disc and my computer came with everything already installed.
Any advice on how to fix it is gratefully received.
I have a VAIO VGN-NR21Z model.
