Cannot register my FW series laptop

Hello,

I have tried to register my FW series laptop with club vaio, but it won't recognise my model (FW56E)  and won't let me carry on past that registration stage.

Any ideas?

Can you shed some light on why I couldn't do it online?  Can't help being mildly worried that my laptop doesn't seem to exist in Vaio-world!
