CDWR/DVD Problem on PCG-FX702

Over the past few months, getting my CDWR/DVD drive to open has been a challenge. But now it just Doesnt eject at all. I have to use a pin, to poke into the emergancey eject button.

Anybody else had/having this problem? Is there a soloution to getting it working again?

All I can think of is the eject button is damaged in some way

Does it 'soft eject'? ie in My Computer right click on the drive and select 'eject'. If it does then as Kee-Lo said it would appear that the button is damaged.
