Dear ANYONE, I having serious problems making my Sony Vaio Laptop accept my Canon MP495 printer. It occasionally prints, hardly ever scans and maybe might work normally. I've been onto the Canon website and downloaded the windows 8 system, I've contacted Knowhow(PC World), also contacted Canon who gave me a link but nothing seems to work. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Very very frustated !
