Does anyone have an email address for the UK CEO.
I'm disgusted with the support offerred on my 9 month old Vaio VPCSB and the Sony Centre is in administration!!
A battery should last longer than 9 months !!!!!!!!!
Battery health is shown as excellent and with 69% charge but won't even switch on !!!!!!
Support says I should buy a new battery - how come you can get a three year guarantee on a battery as a spare but only six months (is this legal or not fir for purpose ?) on the supplied one.
