i was wondering if anybody knows how to connect a ps2 to a sony desktop???
This will depend on which desktop model you are using.
Generally, unless the desktop has a HDMI IN connection, the results are unsatisfactory. Most desktops' analogue inputs go through the TV Tuner Card and consequently there is a latency that makes gameplay uncomfortable. Also it is difficult to get analogue inputs displayed full screen as they are designed for data capture - not video streaming.
i am using a vgc-lm2e sony vaio.
i saw on another site that it waa possible to connect ps2 and view it through windows media centre but i cant figure out how to do this??
do u have any ideas how to do it??
You have AV and S-Video inputs but these are analogue inputs and I doubt if Media Centre will recognise them - you can try though.
The only thing I can think of is to find some analogue TV/ video software that will recognise these inputs.
