Connecting PC to HDMI TV cable

Hi all,

I would like to know if it is possible to connect my VAIO VGN-N31S/W to my TV's HDMI port.
The TV manual states " only digital output of the PC can be connected via DVI to HDMI cable. VGA connection is not supported"
Any ideas on how to connect my pC to Tv?

Hi chicharik,

Unfortunately there is no HDMI port on VGN-N31S/W.
VGA port allows you to connect to another VGA/DVI port on external display only.

BUT you might found a VGA to HDMI @ www.SPECIALTECH.co.uk here:
