I have a 7 months old VGN-SZ2VP with 2 Gb RAM, supposed to be quite fast for it's size.
I have noticed it works quite slow when I'm surfing on the net, especially on pages with lots of text info. Several seconds the notebook works like hell and is "locked"...
And yes I have compered my Sony with other computers (laptops) visiting the same webpages. And yes I maintain my Sony on a regular basis.
It's also suprisingly slow (compering to other computers) doing other stuff like when I'm working with Photoshop etc.
Anyone knows what I can do to improve the speed or have you experienced the same..???
And yes I have it on "SPEED" and not "STAMINA".
