CS11 touch sensitive buttons not working

Hi, since I received a new CS11 laptop I cant get the touch sensitive buttons to work. I did have do a complete restore when setting up the laptop, is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?

Any ideas appreciated?

Sony Support have sent me a link to download a fix and it worked, excellent service.
