Desensitise keypad....

Hi...have old VGN-A417S and want to desensitise the keypad as when i type just brushing it seems to drop my cursor back mid sentence which is a real pain....any suggestions?  Thanks  Nick

Hi Nick and welcome.

Unfortunately, I don't think this is possible on older models.  All you can try is going to the Mouse Properties section in Control Panel or the Touchpad symbol in the System Tray and check the box "Disable Tapping while Typing".
