Digital colour problem

I have a sony vaio laptop and i have a problem with the screen resolutiont. At present, there is a pink image appearing behind every word overshadowing my ability to see the screen clearly.

Can anybody give me some advise as to how i can resolve this problem or provide me with an email address for the sony vaio helpdesk?

There seems to be a problem with the unit you have. The tech team will surely be glad to fix it for you. I suggest for you to contact Sony for that.
