Does EB1E0E have bluetooth?

I've had this computer 3 weeks now and although it has bluetooth software on it, for some reason unknown to myself I cannot find how to turn it on and the bluetooth application does absolutely nothing when I click on it. So, does it have bluetooth or is this just a standard install across all Vaios whether they have it or not? If it is the latter it is quite annoying.

Why does it have a bluetooth app then? Is that just to waste my time searching the internet and asking questions such as this?
