driver windows xp for sony vaio N21S

Hi to all!

I need find correct driver for windows for my vaio N21S because sometime system halted and appear a blue screen with "nmi parity check memory parity error..." microsoft tell that the ram can be corrupted...but ram is in perfect state!

can anyone suggest me which driver i need use?
