I try search in all sony websites? but nothing.

I can't find that model. This may be why you cannot find support. Are you in Europe?

Check the Vaio model again - it will probably be something like SVP1321C5E. If it is, you can find the Support Pages here:-

I think there are TWO different Vaio model codes. One is the body type but this could be several different models. There must be another model number somewhere - on the screen surround or on a sticker.
