On several occasions my Vaio Computer has created a folder with two images in it for each picture file in the folders in my picture library.
This happened a few months ago, and more recently keeps happening every day. When I find the duplicated folders within each folder, I delete them - but this then clogs up my recycle bin and last time took an hour to delete. I have scanned the computer for any viruses, but nothing was found. The photos are duplicated at such a rate I can not keep on top of deleting them. To try and solve this, I removed the entire photo collection, and re-installed the photos, but this has not helped.
Can anyone give any advice as it is getting to the stage where I can no longer keep photos in my pictures folder.
