Hi,
I bought a sony vaio VGN-FS315H from Germany.I am living in India.My sony vaio dvd\cd optical drive is not working.when I insert a cd\dvd the drive light is blinking for some time.In the F: drive nothing is opening.
First two weeks the drive was working fine when I was in Germany,after that it is not working.
Pls help me with suggestions.
Also I have registered in the e-support but I couldn't able to login the e-support account.It says that "Your account is not activated". Kindly give me a suggestion to how to activate the account.
