Hi i am trying to restore my vgn-a117s it goes through part of the first stage (system recovery) when it gets to executing final process of recovery i get an error message saying "an error occurred at final process of recovery. recover your computer again" this happens every time i try to do it. Can any one help me as my lap top is now useless
