Had the same problem. Looks like a lack of communication between Club-Vaio (where you first register) and eSupport.

You'll have to phone eSupport to get registered, be patient!

i have reged by phone and everything and it still doesnt except my pass word

Just changed my email address for the PC registered via Club-Vaio this morning and what now comes in the e-post...... an email to confirm a new automated registration at eSupport!!!

Looks like Sony are trying to get back on track, they've certainly scored a few more brownie points with me!!
