Excellent SONY service

I was unlucky enough to have a HDD failure on my 6 month old Vaio laptop. I phoned Sony Monday morning and the collection firm called first thing Tuesday. I was expecting to have to wait at least a week before seeing it again but was amazed when it arrived back fully repaired on Thursday morning! 48 hours!!! Well done Sony! I delighted customer!
