I bought my VAIO laptop since February 2005 in Germany. But it had defect 3 times already. It must be sent to Sony Center in Bergium. There is no Sony Service Center in Germany.
1. In June, I could not burn CD properly. It took about 3 weeks.
2. In September, main harddisk had error. Sony chaged new harddisk for me. It took about 1 month.
3. One day immediately after I received my laptop back from the second defect, I could not burn DVD. Sony changed new DVD Rom. It took already almost one month. I still don't receive my notebook.
Is there anybody else, who has the same experience? Do you know whether it is possible to change the new VAIO notebook with this situation?
