I purchased a sony laptop last July (2010) i a number of problems with it and evebtually had to send it back to sony for repair (dec 2010) turns out it had a faulty hard drive. This morning i went to switch my laptop on and nothing happened.....? it is now being collected again for repair. does anyone know if this is a common problem with this makke/model etc.
