FE 11S ,Media Center (?) DVD problem

I 've bought the FE11S but when I got home and tryed to play a dvd using Windows Media Center (2002 edition) after a few minutes of pressing FF or REW , pause, etc ,everything stuck and then crashed. Gave it back, but because i am a commited vaio fun , i visit other shops ( in Athens- Creece) and tryed a total of 6 FE 11S but they ALL presented the same problem. Working in Italy , I ve also tryed one in Milan and it also had the same problem. Anyone knows something ?

did you install the latest patch of the video driver?
you can find it in the download section of your laptop, it's a quite new one !

Sweetcoffee, unfortunatelly, I've return it back, but I want to get a new one , and I want to know if others actually, had the same problem ,and how they solved it. Also I think is a good idea for owners of the FE 11S, to test if the Media Center play DVD, is working properly, ( "under pressure") that is.

Sony seem to have rushed the 'FE' series to the stores without testing them much or understanding their function - watch and record TV to dvd, radio to cd, camcorder to dvd, pictures from camera.

I can't understand how a sony media center pc can't have an inbuilt TV tuner - am I missing something?

What next a Playstation that doesn't play games.
