Fn hotkeys not working VGN-BX195VP

Model: VGN-BX195VP

I installed Windows XP SP2 and I can't find the driver to put the Fn hotkeys working.

Another question: how can I get the recovery disks specific for this model. The original HDD failed and I never did a copy.

Also Vaio Update says there are no updates.

You can download all the Preinstalled Drivers and Utilities from the support website for your model here: -

For the Fn Keys, Download the Preinstalled Utilities Package and install IN ORDER: -

1. Sony Utils DLL (Utils Installer 1)

2. Sony Shared Library (Utils Installer 2)

3. Setting Utility Series (Utils Installer 4)

4. Vaio Event Service (Utils Installer 5)

You may have to do this more than once.

If you want to buy a set of Recovery Discs you must contact Vaio Support in your own country.. You will need to prove ownership. Click on "VAIO" here: -
