Folder options not coming

Recently I have purchased vaio FE 670 model.
It is in new condition without installing any additional software
In that folder options is not coming in tools menu also in contol panel . Pls any one guide me to bring that option.

Hi sampath,

Try the reg fix at kellys-korner (number 129) - this should sort the problem.
