FZ19VN - FN buttons not work after XP downgrade

Hi can anyone help me?
I am using my FZ19VN with XP, i donwloaded the xp drivers for it. but the Fn button and the volume buttons etc dont work now.
There seems to be problems with the software provided by sony or the downgrade,
Has anyone downgraded to XP and can use the vaio notebook control? volume? brightness etc?
