fz31s.....what battery does this use?

hi. i have got hold of a vaio fz31s, but it did not come with a battery. only mains.

can anyone tell me what battery it takes and if there is a long life one also available?

i am in the uk.

welcome to Club VAIO..

As far as I can see the FZ series uses a VGP-BPS8 battery..

If this is correct then I guess the long life battery would be a VGP-BPL8..
