I am hoping you can help me with an issue I'm having with Globetrotter Modem. I used to have Windows Vista installed on the laptop above but recently rebuilt it with Windows 7. I installed all the drivers for it including Globetrotter and everything seemed to be working fine...
As soon as the laptop is shutdown or rebooted though Windows fails to pick up the Globetrotter device. When I go to open up the Globetrotter application it says 'Device not found' It only picks it up once the wireless switch on the laptop is turned off and then turned on and it then appears in Device Manager and works fine then.
Any ideas?
