Do you have AGP or PCIe?
This one is locking interesting to me.Club 3D CGA-P246(HD2400Pro AGP)
The card doesn't cost a fortune and supports HDCP via DVI. (only importent if you are using Windows Vista) It's video codec supports encoding as well as transcoding. All you need is a DVI to HDMI adapter, if your HDTV does not have a DVI port.
Or use S-Video.
For sound you have to use a separate cable. And don't expect great gaming performance. Older games maybe work, but forget the latest games.
