Your only legitimate solution is to purchase a copy of XP and install the model specific stuff by downloading from Vaio link.
Sony apparently will not sell you a different language set of recovery disks.
The one thing you cannot do here is ask for a copy of recovery disks - It is not allowed on this Forum.
