You have to recover your VAIO.
You will be able to configure the size of Partitions then, or to use one partition instead.
I would put your files like pictures, music, videos, docouments on drive D:\. This is much more handy if ou have to recover your VAIO. Because you could recover Partition C:\ without to lose the files on Partition D:\.
