NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error

That is a hardware fault. It could be everything.

Like the message allready said, contact your vendor.

What you can do is checking the RAM. Try every RAM modul in each slot. Load the BIOS defaults too. You can also try to disconnect every unnessesary hardware. (Harddisk, Optical drives, Floppy, and so on) to find out what hardware is defect.

May a PC repair service in your near could do that too.

1.Have run startup from boot floppy disk

2. Any of Windows Advanced Option Menu give me result as follow:
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\system32\hal,dll.
Please re-install a copy of the above file.

3. What can I do next? Any advice?
