Has anyone had a successful experience with Sony customer service deparment?

In less than one month, my laptop came up as no operating system found. Had a company look at it, they told me faulty hard drive, it's under warranty, contact Sony.

First day I waited for a courier, no-one showed up. The courier and I had different days scheduled apparently.

The second time a courier was scheduled, he gave me a blank shipping document and requested that I fill it in......I had no idea where it was being shipped to. I was told the courier would bring a box and pre-paid shipping label. Obviously could not give the courier my laptop.

I am now afraid to hand over my computer as I don't believe I will ever see it again..... It also means giving up a third day of my time, if they can manage to organise it!

How do we get Sony to repair our computers? If I had not needed a new laptop, I would not have purchased one!
