Have Vaio vgn-fz31e battery problem!

My battery is drainig too fast!I can work only 30 min max.Have my pc since 16 months and do not use it on battery so frequently?So any way to fix it ?

I have that same problem too. After a few months of using my FZ38M, I realised my battery would no longer hold its charge. Now it can last anywhere from 20 mins to a few seconds after I pull out the power.
Problem is sony no longer offer this battery online and eBay is quite expensive (and unreliable).
